Thanks to everyone who came out to this event. The night was fun-filled and exciting, not to mention pretty successful, raising a significant amount of money for our HELPing Kenya project..
We received many compliments from our participants and most have already expressed a desire to have another one. Not bad for our first poker tournament! We're already planning how to make the next one even bigger and better. This will likely turn into an anual or twice-a-year event.
In the coming weeks and months Medics HELP will be announcing several more fundraising events.
